At Bubbly & Bliss Favors, every order is handcrafted and personalized with care. We take pride in creating beautiful keepsakes for your special moments and appreciate your patience while we prepare your custom order.

Processing Time

All orders are made to order and require 5–10 business days for production before shipping.

Processing time begins once your order has been placed and all personalization details have been received.

During holidays, peak seasons, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped via UPS.

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, destination, and UPS shipping rates.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number so you can monitor your package's delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Bubbly & Bliss Favors is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Once your package has been handed over to UPS, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact UPS first using your tracking number. If you still need assistance, feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged Orders

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
