At Bubbly & Bliss Favors, every item is handcrafted and personalized specifically for you. Because each order is custom-made, all sales are final.

Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom or personalized items.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrect
Missing items

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at BubblyandBlissFavors@gmail.com.

Include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item and packaging
A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and work quickly to resolve the problem. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Personalized Orders

Please carefully review all personalization details before submitting your order, including:

Names
Dates
Colors
Spellings
Event information

Bubbly & Bliss Favors is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer during checkout or on the personalization form.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase for a full refund.

After 15 minutes, your order begins processing and materials may be purchased specifically for your custom order. Because of this, cancellations, refunds, or changes cannot be guaranteed.

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request before production begins.

Refunds

Because all products are personalized and made to order, we do not offer refunds once production has begun.

Refunds will only be considered if:

You received the wrong item.
Your item arrived damaged during shipping.
Your item is defective due to our error.

If your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business daysfor your financial institution to process the refund.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be returned.
